Director’s Statement

‘Monty’ stars a fully hand-animated dog puppet, created by Saskia Tomlinson and taking inspiration from the lo-fi effects of 80s movies. Shot on 16mm film⁩, the video is a whirlwind montage that takes us through the highs and lows of companionship with a particularly unusual dog.
